Here at work we need to be able to exchange documents with our clients
and also provide a central repository for documents that go to all
clients.  Currently it's all done with email with the obvious
disadvantages.

So I'm looking for something _SIMPLE_ (this is an interim solution
prior to our full-scale document management system) that does the
following:

* Web-based file uploads
* User and Group based priveleges
* Very very simple
* Free license

I've hunted through Freshmeat and found a couple of things that are
close but not quite there.  SDMS is _almost_ perfect.
