And just to add to this - Red Hat 7.2 incorrectly identifies the
graphics card on my Vaio and have to install the right X Server
manually.
I've also ran into problems with the HD timing out a fair few times
which doesn't happen at all under Windows, and thus stuck with Windoze
on that machine for the forseeable future.
I'd also avoid Advent machines (those sold by PC World) - they're even
worse than Vaios.
