That's about right, but I'd call it the dynamic priority instead (er,
having just used a totally different term in the previous email,
whoops). It's the PRI column in top. (NI is the niceness you assign.)

Yep, but I'd be sort of surprised if that blew away the concept of
dynamic priority ;}
