Yep. That says to masquerade as myserver1.com. There should also be a line
that says something like:

	C{E}root

This says root belongs to the class of users that should be exposed as
coming from this host, even if masquerading is enabled. Simply add your
chosen users to this class (space separated, IIRC), and all will be well.
