It has been pointed out to me off list that the above phrase 'Indian
country' maybe misconstrued by some people as a racist comment, which it
is not.  It is actually a reference to 1960s organised crime gangs and
was a term used by the members of the Kray gang to refer to SE London
which was the turf of the Richardsons a rival gang.  I apologise if I
caused unintentional offence to anyone on the list.
