I love the OT stuff being inexperienced with the OT stuff I feel that I can
interact more as an equal. I have been studying and practicing linux for
less than two years but I have over 20 years experience in subject ranging from
philosophy to cowboy building practices.

I have got to agree here, Most questions I can follow what is being
said and learn a lot. However when there is a question I can answer I
don't because rightly or wrongly I feel that it would be wrong for my
crudely crafted reply to appear on list.
I just been looking through my old mailing to list most of my questions
and answers were pretty dumb. There was however a lightness to them
that is lacking in more recent posts. most recently I have the air of a
penitent asking boons from church elders.
Well FSCK THAT!
I intend to make a effort to be more OT, ask more stupid questions, give
more stupid answers, on the off chance that this will help me one day
give better answers.
If I want cold precise technical support for Linux I will go and join
the individual user lists for each application I use.
Mark do you think it might be an idea to have the mailing list server
exorcised to solve these problems.
Peace Jim
