Can I stick my oar in here and recommend Postfix. It supports virtual
hosting, even I have managed to get half a dozen or so virtual domains
set up without too much trouble, plain text config files. works lovely
with courier and mailman which I also found fairly simple to set up.
The mailing list support is top $ too.
