Talking to some Apple folken (or, at least, people who have used OS X
10.2 [Jaguar]) things are going to improve a lot. OS X suffers from
the fact that Apple had been dithering about their next-gen OS for
sufficiently long that people were loosing faith.

They're the best of the major desktop OS vendors, though, aren't they?
