Harry,

It depends on the ratio of users on the stream/loop (I don't know the
correct term) they put you on. If you're on a general population 50:1, then
25 is a about the normal rate. If it's on a better business loop then that's
a good rate. I pay about 100 p.m. (BT through Claranet) for my business and
30 p.m. at home (BT openworld).
