Much the same could be said of Red Hat. Alan Cox has already stated his
willingness to leave RH should they ever slip up, and I'd expect most of
their other high profile names (Al Viro, Stephen Tweedie, David Woodhouse,
DaveM, Ingo Molnar, etc.) to do the same.

Yes, they'd technically still have some staff who could maintain the
distribution, but without the high flyers, I have serious doubts about
the long term viability of RH.
