Actually I've been thinking about this.  This is a clear attempt to
gain unauthorised access to your computer system, with the possibility
of a tracable perpetrator.  Perhaps you should report this crime to
the relevant authorities?

A quick search on google shows you're not the only person receiving
these scans.  lottery.merseyworld.com got 1025!
