Hello Andy,
Which aspects of XML are you interested in finding out about?
Is there a particular programming language you wish to use to
handle XML? On most of the language specific mailing lists XML
questions are abundent.
Or do you just wan't general XML know how, in which case I guess
http://www.xml.com is a good place to start. As for discussion forums
I don't personally know of any since I don't use them.
If you have a more specific question you can e-mail me directly if you like.
