When using Windows I browse with Phoenix, Opera and IE5, in that order.
Opera was my previous favourite but I found it sometimes crashed when
trying to load very large pages (planning on try v7 soon though). I keep
IE around for when compatibility problems raise their heads (IE specific
websites... grrrr) but find Phoenix is very capable for most of my
needs.

However, I think most Windows users are still using IE... even those
with Opera may well be using 'IE spoof mode' which will let them onto
certain sites but stop Opera showing up so well in the statistics.

Unfortunately, corporate policy (companies, schools, etc) often uses
the 'familiarity' argument, while failing to address the point that it
reinforces that familiarity and reduces the chances of other browsers
taking a larger market share.
