Ok, if it's not serious and will still work then that's fine, as we have the
box 192.168.1.203 popping of of this mailserver.

This is not serious. It just means that the pop daemon you are using 
cannot reverse resolve the client's IP to a hostname.

Do you have local DNS set up? If so have you set up a reverse resolution 
zone for that IP range?

Generally it would be a zone 1.168.192.in-addr.arpa. with PTR records for 
each IP in the zone pointing to the host name.
