[Gllug] software

Does anyone on list use Abiword or KWord as their main word processing 
software, and Gnumeric or KSpread as their main spreadsheet software, or Star 
Office for both?  If yes, or you know non-M$ word processing/spreadsheet 
software you would recommend, I'd be v grateful to hear from you off list.
