Well I can pretty much guarantee that our servers will all be set up for 
it and that it will have been submitted to the relevant TLD authority for 
registration.

Should we not get a confirmation that it is regsitered we try to find out 
why.

While I cannot give a 100% guarantee (anyone who claims they can is being 
"economical with the truth") I can say that the likelihood of a domain 
registered now being available tomorrow is very close to 1.
