[Gllug] convert PDF to editable format?

Can't be done, I'm afraid. PDF, as an extension of PostScript, is a display
format, and hence can't be reliably converted back to an editable format.
I believe that Adobe sell a product that will allow *some* PDFs to be
converted back to Word, etc., but not all. Like you say, you can convert
it to HTML, and from there, probably on to RTF, but even then, I can
create you a PDF for which that won't work...
