I think I regrettably must agree wholheartedly with John re the importance
of marketing !

We now live in age where image is far more important than substance

You only have to look at the overpriced designer label stuff people buy
these days - even 5-year old kids have to wear Kalvin Klein whereas when I
was that age (many moons ago) you simply wore what Mum bought (or handed down !)

Whoever penned the statement (along the lines of) 'build a better mousetrap and
the world will beat a path to your door' got it horribly wrong
