[Gllug] OT: M$ DHCP Server

I know this should be easy, but I've never used this before and now I need
to change the defaukt router setting for the IP range 192.168.119.0, and I
haven't got a clue how to? I tried to vi dhcp.conf, but bloody windows
didn't like that :-)
Anyone tell me how to do this please?
