[Gllug] Phoneline DACSed today. Now reduced to 28.8kbps

I don't know, but try complaining and say that you are planning to get
adsl. adsl won't work with DACSed lines (iirc), so _maybe_ they'll
listen to that argument.

Although I doubt it :(
