I tried that, and here's the output from that, and this looks ok to me, or
am I way off here?

on that box:
dig mx onetwosnap.com

If that doesn't return usefull MX records, then try:

dig onetwosnap.com

If that doesn't return usefull A records, then you'll have to check
your nameservers and/or the DNS entries for onetwosnap.com, as the 
nameresolution services can't find something for onetwosnap.com :(
