I know BT don't make any money from their domestic customers, so
probably don't give a ****, but would the threat of switching to cable
have any effect? Does anyone have similar connection problems with
cable? My mate has just registered 24/7 dial-up with NTL for only
£10/month. That's £4/month cheaper than my Freeserve deal.

Any quality problems with cable/NTL?
