Whoops, you're right.

I meant:
  .. grep \/stable\ uptodate
  .. grep testing\ uptodate      and
  .. grep unstable\ uptodate

That's what happens when you post from memory :)

It certainly takes the pain out of running a mixed stable/testing/unstable 
system.
