You are using ISC dhcpd? coz whenever i have set it up in the past you have to
have a declaration statement for each subnet, so as each ethernet interface is
on a different network you can tell it which subnets to broadcast which dhcp
leases. The documentation on the isc website (or in the example config) covers
this, at least I am 99% sure it does.
