I have a laptop I am trying to route through.
The laptop has a wireless card and a built-in ethernet port.
I am trying to use the laptop as a wireless router for my Zaurus.
ipaddress for ethernet is 192.168.1.59 (internet gateway 192.168.1.1)
ipaddress for wireless is 192.168.2.1
ipaddress for zaurus is 192.168.1.190 (gateway 192.168.2.1)
I can ping the laptop (192.168.2.1) from the Zaurus.
I can ping the zaurus (192.168.2.190) from the laptop
I cannot ping through the laptop in either direction.
I have disabled any firewall and enabled IP forwarding.
The laptop is running limbo2 (latest RH beta) kernel version 2.4.18-5.58
Has anyone an idea as to why?
Kind regards
Xander
