Not used it myself, but I believe http://spellchecker.mozdev.org/ is the 
one to use. It is planned to integrate it into the trunk at some point, 
but that hasn't happened yet.

If that fails I'd suggest taking a look around http://www.mozillazine.org/ 
- maybe ask in the forums. Or see what Google throws up if you haven't 
already looking.
