Depends what the firewall is filtering, I assume you can't connect to
pserver.  Of course you can browse projects using viewcvs, however
cvsgrab provides a way of grabbing from a viewcvs repository using only
http.  It's available from http://cvsgrab.sourceforge.net/ .  I think
someone else onlist mentioned it earlier this month.
