The only obvious answer is to get a new ISP :-)

Yes. A .uk domain is now only 7.50 a year, and it means that you'll
never have to change it again. If you have DSL, I'd recommend getting
an ISP that'll let you get your mail via SMTP, rather than POP3/IMAP.
This has the advantage of being able to give out unique email addresses
to people, so you can a) keep track of where spammers are getting your
address, and b) selectively block spam from given addresses.

My mail is hosted at F2S, and I'm very happy with it. Your ISP will
probably charge you to handle mail for the domain (F2S charge 2 pounds
per month).
