[Gllug] Problem with pptpclient - modules

Hello,

Trying in vain to connect pptpclient to a Cisco VPN server at work.

In brief the client connects and CHAP authentication succeeds, ppp0 comes
up... but I can't ping over the connection. The connection works fine on
my wifes Windows machine. I think MPPE isn't being loaded correctly

Following the installation instructions on the pptpclient home page it
says I should be able to do a modprobe ppp_mppe and get a response. I
think this is where I'm going wrong.

http://pptpclient.sourceforge.net/howto-redhat-90.phtml

Thanks if you can help.

Simon
