[Gllug] [OT] ADSL down?

My ADSL connection failed with Plusnet about 9:00pm. My router got a funny
IP address (192.168.x.x) and failed to get a PPP connection although the
ADSL carrier was OK.
I dialed up (how slow!) and Plusnet were reporting a major BT error, 4/5 DSL
lines connecting the the Redback were down. Three of these came up about
10:15pm and normal service was resumed. There is still one down.
I don't have a problem with connectivity at work and the sites I tried last
night from home were OK, if a bit slower than normal.
A reboot of the ADSL hardware is probably in order to clear any errors
