[Gllug] Apache appears to run *very* slowly

Getting there I think. To be fair it wasn't a bug in PHPwiki, but a rather
obscure configuration parameter.

So heres were I am:

The page now loads at normal speed (Great) The images still aren't loading
though. The <img src tag now reads correctly

http://docs.domain.com/themes/default/buttons/vcss.gif

The file exists and is owned by apache.

However the images isn't served when requested. What next????
