It's called "rpmdrake", and works remarkably well. 

Mandrake works fine on Telewest straight "out of the box".  There's 
rudimentary firewalling,  which is perfectly good enough to prevent the 
average Windoze Script Kiddie having any fun with your machine, though you 
have to turn it on!

Mandrake 9.1 is probably the most complete and effective desktop distro I've 
seen.  Pretty much everything you could want is already there, and it's easy 
to install rpm packages for the specialist bits that they don't provide.
