I think that it was a genuine question -- albeit wrapped up in the foulness that is html email.

While we are on the subject: I would like to do postcode validation for a club membership
type database that I am thinking of writing. I don't want to shell out to buy the post code
database from the post office, does anyone know where I can get the information for free
(legitimately SVP) ?
