[Gllug] OT: tiny, 2nd hand palmtop

so what I'd really love is one of those Sony Picturebooks (PGC?), but too
expensive. Or the tiny Apple Powerbook, but also too expensive.

budget: ~£300 give or take a bit

req's
 - small
 - qwerty keyboard
 - min 1 hour battery life, pref. lots more.
 - run linux, and X / mozilla

uses
 - hack code,
 - read email,
 - browse the odd pdf

... on the train, in the park/pub, etc.

doesn't need a cdrom, but some (wireless) network connection would be nice.
I was wondering about IPaq type things?

any advice/suggestions/pointers?
