[Gllug] Apache gone */*/*!!

Hi All,

I have been struggling to fix a couple of machine I don't normally
administer. I understand basic apache, but can someone please explain the
meaning of the two entries, in particular the '*'s.


<Directory /home/*/*/public_html>

And 

<Directory /home/*/*/*/*/public_html>
