I think what is missing in the article is the perspective of the systems
administrator.  This may be because he's never had any contact with any
sysadmins or because he's only had contact with Windows sysadmins, many
of whom have no more skills than his famous Aunt Madge.  Too many people
in PC computing don't perceive any real difference between maintaining
servers and fiddling with someone's home PC, so don't see the design
problems that make Windows a headache to admin.
