It looks to me like their error page has an error itself: the source 
has the interesting line:

<tlc><TLIF><TLCOND><TLVAR NAME=global:server.CMEnvironment/> == 
'Live'</TLCOND></tlc>

which isn't correct xhtml (as the html namespace suggests at the head 
of the page) and doesn't even fall under correct xml because a) the 
value of tlvar's "name" attribute isn't in quote marks and b) the 
"tlif" tag is never explicitly closed.

A 10 second proof of the page would have shown this error because the 
text "== 'Live'" appears as the first viewable piece of text on the 
page. Very sloppy. Will complain.
