[Gllug] help with perl to get sieveshell working?

I'm trying to get sieveshell working on our hosted server running
FreeBSD.  sieveshell is on there but not working and if I can avoid it I
don't really want to install all of cyrus IMAP server just so I can load
filters on my ISP's mail server.

This is the error message I get:

managesieve.pm is in both
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-freebsd/Cyrus/SIEVE/
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-freebsd/

It also has execute set.
su-2.05# ls -l
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-freebsd/managesieve.pm 
-rwxrwxrwx  1 root  wheel  3559 Jan 10 20:20
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-freebsd/managesieve.pm

Should I be looking in sieveshell for the problem or managesieve.pm?  Is
it possible to run sieveshell without installing the whole cyrus IMAP
server?  I haven't been able to find much about sieveshell.
