[Gllug] A good day for OSS

Not sure about Gnome but KDE 3.1 in its various "rc" releses has 
been around for a while now. Seems damn sexy with the new 
keramik theme and all but it's also a little unstable esp. re config 
files when upgrading from 2.2. I found it was best to delete ~/.kde, 
which also gave me a a gig or so of extra diskspace!!! Gonna have 
to keep an eye on that little baby in future :)
