Yes.
procmail delivers to somewhere in your home directory, say,
~/Mail/inbox. I'm pretty sure uw-imapd can be reconfigured (recompiled?)
to look in there for new mail instead.
Use `isync' to mirror/cache mail for reading locally. It only supports
Maildirs locally, but I'm sure you can live with that.
