[Gllug] XF86Config-4 and ATI R128

Well, I remember having a similar problem with my old Matrox G400 - but
that's more than a year ago and I can't remember what I did to fix it
(d'oh!).

Just upgraded from it to the new ATI - which works a dream in windozzze.
