[Gllug] sendmail and local users

Hi,

A box I help administer is in the process of changing hostname.  There are a
dns entries for the oldname and the new name so both resolve correctly and
the reverse lookup resolves to the new name.  The problem we have is with
mail delivery.  When sending mail from the box (by invoking sendmail) the
mail gets the old hostname appended to the username and we can't work out
why.  Could someone suggest why it's not picking up the new hostname for
this?
hostname reports the new hostname and there is no reference to the old
hostname in sendmail.cf that we can see.
