[Gllug] Linux 2003 - Edinburgh: Call for Papers (31st July - 3rd Aug)

This year's UK developers' conference will take place in Edinburgh 
from Friday 1st August to Sunday 3rd August.  Tutorial(s) will be
on Thursday 31st July.

We have begun seeking speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.

The deadline for receipt of abstracts this year is 16th March.
