It's difficult to get working from behind any kind of NATing firewall,
plus it crashes frequently. If you want to involve more then two
clients, you'll need a H323 server like OpenMCU.

OpenMCU has come along quite a bit in terms of stability but it's still
frustratingly difficult to get working properly.
