[Gllug] Checking if a file has finished being written?

Many thanks for your feedback.

Huw ... thanks for the "heads up" but you're right, that's a little complicated for my need right now. I'll tuck that away in the "look at it later" corner ;)

I'm going to check out fuser / lsof to see if the program behaves in a nice open > write > close manner, and if it does I'm in business.
