[Gllug] How do I create a cd booting version of linux???

Hello Everyone,

For the last several months or so, I have been trying to
figure out how to take a installed version of linux from my
hard drive and put it onto a bootable cd?

My almost "success" was taking a Red Hat 7.1 and loading
into a loopback file. I then planned to use loadlin and
boot it. I came pretty close but, I am not there.

Any help from someone that has done this would be greatly
appreciated! :)
