You're using the wrong kind of search engine.

e.g. <http://freshmeat.net/projects/screen/> gets you straight there,
and if you know it's a GNU project then
<http://www.gnu.org/software/screen/> would also do the trick.

(Well, there's one exception to the latter rule: GCC's homepage is
<http://gcc.gnu.org/>; <http://www.gnu.org/software/gcc/> should work,
but the mirror script keeps breaking in interestingly bizarre ways :(
