[Gllug] alternatives to apache benchmark

AB has problems testing dynamic sites.  It complains the length of the
requested page is not the same each time so fails the request when
testing our site.  Apparently this is a known problem with AB (wish we
knew about it before spending half the day tracking it down).

What are other alternatives for loading/testing a web server?
