That's a bit out-of-date.  These days people recommend Prism 2.5
chipset cards.  I can't name any but I'm sure you can find some with
some googling.  If you want to run as an Access Point, you'll need
that chipset.

Encryption is WEP.  WEP is crap.  Encrypt at a higher layer.
