[Gllug] spews blacklist/squid

Yup

we are running a squid proxy on the same machine

However,  netstat -an reveals that squid is listening on 192.168.nnn.nnn:3128
which unless I am mistaken means that it is accessible only to machines on
our internal network

We are also running an apache webserver


Just to summarise my last post it appears all of 195.92.0.0 is listed by spews
- and a subsequent google indicates that arbitrary blocking by spews of whole
IP ranges is very common and the cause of much ire !
